02. Return Conditions
Applications for credit adjustments must be submitted within a definite 60-day timeframe from your product parcel arrival date.
Customers are required to ship back all related element canisters, whether completely full, partially used, or totally finished, to our center.
Please notice that initial shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded and will be subtracted from your final compensation balance.
All completed refunds are processed automatically back to the original credit card or payment platform used during the initial purchase.
03. Settlement Period
